We started as management consultants. We walked into companies, diagnosed gaps, built scorecards, designed cadences, and coached leadership teams. After doing this 500+ times across 20+ industries, we realised something: the system shouldn't leave when the consultant does.
Founded as Align Associate — a management consulting practice focused on business transformation and financial restructuring for mid-market companies across India.
After 500+ engagements, a pattern emerged: companies needed permanent execution infrastructure, not periodic consulting interventions. The idea for a platform was born.

His career spans KPMG Management Consulting, Maruti Suzuki Finance, and two decades of building execution systems for companies from ₹50 Cr to ₹500+ Cr. He created ManagementsEye — one of India's first Business Intelligence platforms — before encoding that expertise into STARRboard.
