This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for STARRboard's services.
STARRboard offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
The Free plan is available at no cost with no credit card required. No refund applies to the Free plan.
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.
When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Enterprise plan terms, including cancellation and refunds, are governed by the individual agreement signed between you and STARRboard. Contact your account manager for details.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you via email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended. Access will be restored upon successful payment.

Refund requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you of any material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service.
