This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for STARRboard's services.

1. Subscription Plans

STARRboard offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.

2. Free Trial & Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost with no credit card required. No refund applies to the Free plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

4. Refund Policy — Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Policy — Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access until the end of the annual billing period.

6. Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.

7. Upgrades

When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.

8. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan terms, including cancellation and refunds, are governed by the individual agreement signed between you and STARRboard. Contact your account manager for details.

9. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you via email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended. Access will be restored upon successful payment.

11. Changes to This Policy
